  • Shipping Rates: Free delivery within Canada.

  • Delivery Times: Domestic shipments within Canada typically take 5-10 business days, depending on your location. International orders may take 10-21 business days, subject to customs clearance and local postal services.

  • Shipping Carriers: I use trusted carriers such as Canada Post and UPS to ensure your art arrives safely and on time. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

  • International Shipping: Customers are responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or customs fees imposed by their country. Please check with your local customs office for further details.

  • Damaged Shipments: If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving the package with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or refund.

Return Policy

  • Eligibility for Exchange: Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your artwork. The item must be in its original condition and packaging to qualify.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Store Credit: Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be issued store credit, which can be applied toward any available artwork on my site.

  • Custom or Commissioned Pieces: Custom or commissioned works are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Please carefully read the Commissions page for details.
